Relationship Manager Female

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions/services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling company products.
• Prepare and share reports related to client activities, feedback, and sales performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Technical, Finance) to fulfil client requirements.
• Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for client retention and revenue growth.
• Maintain records of client interactions in CRM software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English .
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
