Relationship Manager Female

As a Client Relationship Manager at our company, your role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with both existing and new clients. Your responsibilities include understanding client requirements, providing appropriate solutions/services, and being the primary point of contact for client queries and support. You will need to regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and timely service delivery. Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling company products will also be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. - Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions/services. - Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support. - Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely service delivery. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling company products. - Prepare and share reports related to client activities, feedback, and sales performance. - Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Technical, Finance) to fulfil client requirements. - Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution. - Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for client retention and revenue growth. - Maintain records of client interactions in CRM software. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluent in English. - Strong customer service mindset. - Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions. - Good negotiation and presentation skills. - Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools is an advantage. - Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
