Relationship Manager

As a Merchant Overdraft Client Acquisition Specialist at our bank, your primary responsibility will be to acquire and maintain merchant overdraft clients from the open market/connector in order to meet assigned targets. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients have the necessary information and tools to conduct their business transactions through our bank effectively. It is essential that you have a comprehensive understanding of the legal and technical aspects of the property to facilitate accurate documentation. In addition to acquiring clients, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with standalone Merchant Overdraft clients. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to achieve individual targets, enhance account profitability, and uphold high service standards and compliance. Leveraging your credit knowledge for deal structuring will be instrumental in your day-to-day responsibilities. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will closely work with cross-functional teams including credit, legal, technical, operations, and collections to ensure smooth customer onboarding and effective risk management. You will also be involved in the renewal management of compliant accounts and closure management of non-compliant accounts. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund, performance bonuses, and a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication.
