Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase equipment finance products.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling equipment finance products.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Job
Strong knowledge of financial markets and products, including equipment finance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities.
Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
