To run initiatives in line with key objectives of the Business in order to attain the banks objective of business leadership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency within the SME sector.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key SME clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and aligning bank services with their business goals.
  • Lead EEG initiatives that contribute to market leadership and innovation in SME banking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized financial solutions that address client-specific challenges.
  • Monitor financial market trends to identify opportunities for new client engagement and services expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Analyze and report on business performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
