3+ years of experience in manual testing, with a focus on Salesforce applications. Hands-on experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman or similar tools. Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and common objects (e.g., Leads, Opportunities, Cases). Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Familiarity with SOQL/SOSL and ability to query Salesforce data for testing. Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams. Basic knowledge of test management tools like Jira. Understand and analyze business requirements and functional specifications. Design and execute test cases for Salesforce applications, covering UI and backend validation.
