Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and relationship management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct sales efforts.
Build and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
