Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team in the SALES industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct sales and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products or services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in direct sales with a track record of achieving sales targets and expanding the client base.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze sales data and market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
Strong knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
