Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, and offering tailored real estate solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential clients, conducting property presentations, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and coordinating site visits. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, this role requires exceptional customer service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful deal closures.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present professionally and persuasively.
• Experience in sales, negotiation, and closing deals in the real estate or similar industry.
• Proficiency in market research and the ability to stay updated with real estate trends and property insights.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach, problem-solving ability, and a result-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is highly preferable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
