Job Description

Role & responsibilities Making outbound calls to customers who already used our services and share negative feedback for any reason Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily Providing information as per customer query related to the customer health plan Resolving customers issues in a timely manner Escalating issues to the appropriate department or IT Documenting all interactions with customers for future QA Preferred candidate profile Require 0- 2 years of experience Candidate must have good English communication Qualification - graduate/diploma or post graduates Candidate should be comfortable with location Noida (work from office) Immediate joiners - 15 days notice period candidates preffered Intrested canddiates can share their resume directly at azhar.uddin@careinsurance.com
