As a Business Development Executive, your role involves acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing business customers. Your responsibilities include: - Source new-to-bank (NTB) current account customers through market visits, industry scoping, and referrals to expand the customer base within your designated area. - Engage in direct customer interaction to explain and sell various current account products and services to prospective business clients. - Develop and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with existing business clients as their primary point of contact for queries and account-related needs. - Deepen relationships by cross-selling banking products like liabilities, investments, insurance, and loans based on detailed client profiling. - Achieve sales targets for new customer acquisition and portfolio growth by planning and executing sales tactics, conducting customer meetings, and maintaining accurate records using the bank's CRM system.,
