Relationship Manager (Channel Sales – IFA)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) in the assigned territory.
• Drive sales of Mutual Fund products through IFA and channel partner networks.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, AUM growth, and business development goals.
• Acquire new IFAs, onboard them, and increase active partner base.
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and investment awareness programs for IFAs.
• Ensure regular engagement through meetings, visits, and follow-ups to increase wallet share.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and share insights with the sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and CRM updates.
• Support regional marketing campaigns and branch-level initiatives to expand distribution.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory: Must have worked in an AMC (Mutual Fund Company).
• 4–5 years of experience in Mutual Fund Sales, AMC Channel Sales, or Distribution Sales.
• Strong understanding of MF products, SEBI regulations, and distributor ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage IFA relationships and drive channel-based sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to meet revenue targets and manage territory-based responsibilities.
• Good command of MS Office, CRM systems, and MIS reporting.
  

Preferred (Good To Have)

• NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) Certification.
• Experience in retail sales or IFA-driven markets.
• Strong market intelligence and competitor awareness.
