Relationship Manager

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for handling the Jharkhand and Bihar locations, with your base in Jamshedpur. Your main focus will be on catering to customers in segments such as Transportation and Logistics, Automobile Dealers, and the Warehousing sector. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding customers" requirements and selling various Working Capital Products such as CC, OD, BG, LC, LCBD, SIF, WCDL, etc. - Servicing customers by ensuring timely renewal of accounts and liaising with them to meet various compliance norms. - Generating maximum profitability in accounts by cross-selling products like CASA, Insurance (KGI, KLI), CMS, etc. - Independently handling operations in the location and generating leads through various channels such as Self-sourcing, RL Branch, DSA & In-house through CV Retail team. - Logging cases in CLOS, liaising with Credit for query resolution, handling disbursement documentation, and coordinating with different teams for various processes. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be required to maintain requisite MIS for performing your duties and ensure compliance with various norms.
