Relationship Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with existing and new channel partners and maintain strong relationships
  • Visit field locations to identify and onboard new channel partners
  • Enable and engage channel partners to drive project sales
  • Manage client interactions before and after the sale
  • Conduct project presentations and schedule site visits
  • Update and track leads using CRM software
  • Explain features, pricing, and benefits of builder floor properties
  • Coordinate with clients on documentation and account-related queries
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams for smooth transaction closure
  • Meet sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction


Skills Required:

  • Real estate sales experience, preferably in builder floors
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and in the field
  • Result-oriented with a customer-first approach
