As a Relationship Manager at OneX Solutions, you play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. - Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling additional products/services to increase revenue and client retention. - Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and timely setup of services or products. - Act as a trusted advisor by proactively addressing client concerns and resolving issues efficiently to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients. - Maintain accurate client records, track account activities, and gather client feedback to drive business decisions. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position the company's products and services. - Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty, increase client satisfaction, and reduce churn. Qualifications for this role include: - 2+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or a customer-facing role, preferably in the service-selling industry. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide valuable solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly and persuasively. - Strong critical thinking abilities to address client concerns and challenges. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. - Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
