As a part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong and productive relationships with the designated banks in your region to drive business growth effectively. Your duties will include prospecting, selling, and overseeing Relationship Managers (RMs) and Sales personnel within banks that are involved in mutual funds. Your influence will be key in shaping decision-making processes at senior levels within the banks to secure their mind share. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing business opportunities through consultative interactions with Branch Managers, Senior RMs, Regional Heads, and other key stakeholders. Your role will involve identifying potential areas for primary sales, managing relationships, and facilitating cross-selling of various Mutual Fund investment products. Through your strategic engagement, you will aim to map out opportunities for growth and expansion within the market. Overall, your contribution to this position will be vital in driving the success and profitability of the mutual fund products in the region through effective relationship management and strategic selling tactics.,
