Our portal ensures transparency by providing side-by-side comparisons of term life, health, car, and travel insurance plans, including details such as quotes, benefits, and covered hospitals.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Relationship Manager based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, developing, and nurturing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions. Additionally, the selected candidate will educate clients about various insurance products, provide personalized advice, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management and customer service.
Knowledge of insurance products, including life, health, motor, and travel insurance.
Ability to assess customer requirements and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
Efficient problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client concerns and close deals.
Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance standards.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
