Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop new business opportunities through direct sales, bancassurance sales, agency channel, and other relevant channels. Meet or exceed monthly targets for policy issuance, premium collection, and customer acquisition. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain expertise in insurance products.
