The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping clients with their financial needs. Day-to-day tasks include assessing customer requirements, guiding them through loan applications, providing financial advice, and addressing any concerns they may have. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
