Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Fatehpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with small and micro-enterprise clients, understanding their financial needs, providing tailored loan solutions, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Daily tasks may include client acquisition, conducting financial assessments, supporting loan processing, and ensuring timely repayment collections. The role also involves regular reporting and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Understanding of financial products and credit assessment processes
Proficiency in sales and client relationship management
Analytical skills for financial evaluation and risk assessment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Prior experience in microfinance, banking, or lending is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Willingness to work on-site and travel locally as required
Familiarity with local market dynamics and knowledge of small business operations in the region is an advantage
