Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Gorakhpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored life insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, conducting financial needs analyses, presenting product options, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing support and service. The role also involves collaborating with team members and participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
