As a Home Loan Distribution Network Creator, your primary responsibility will be to establish a local distribution network for the dissemination of home loans by engaging with 'contact points' and implementing direct marketing strategies like site visits, pamphlet distribution, and other promotional activities. Your pivotal role involves nurturing relationships with 'contact points' and existing borrowers to exclusively distribute cost-effective housing loans. This position offers a valuable opportunity to venture into the affordable home loan sector and gain comprehensive exposure to the job. **Key Responsibilities:** - Sales and Business Development: Attain objectives related to home loan disbursements by implementing a comprehensive business strategy involving prospecting, networking, and field-based promotional efforts. - Product Promotion: Showcase and endorse Home Loans to potential clients both physically and digitally, leveraging various social media platforms. - Customer Relationship Management: Conduct thorough customer profiling during each interaction or visit, recognize their requirements, and suggest appropriate loan solutions. Cultivate strong bonds with clients to generate referrals and ensure prompt loan servicing. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the credit team to facilitate timely loan disbursements by guiding applicants through the submission of necessary documentation for assessment and fund allocation. - Market Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, products, services, and underwriting protocols to remain well-informed. - Field Activities: Execute diverse field-based initiatives and marketing campaigns as directed by the branch manager to generate leads for home loans. - Customer Lifecycle Management: Take charge of the entire home loan lifecycle, starting from application processing to customer management throughout their association with the organization. **Qualifications:** - Graduation from any discipline is mandatory. - Possess a minimum of 12 months of experience in retail sales. - Candidates with prior exposure to BFSI domain will be preferred. - Proficient communication skills are essential. - Ownership of a Two Wheeler along with a valid driving license is required.
