Contact points may include cement dealers, building materials suppliers, engineers, masons, and other relevant stakeholders. The role focuses on distributing affordable housing loans and offers a comprehensive understanding of the affordable home loan industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: Achieve home loan disbursement targets by implementing a business plan that involves prospecting, networking, and field-based marketing activities. 2. Product Promotion: Present and advocate Home Loans to potential clients both physically and digitally, utilizing social media platforms. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Conduct thorough customer profiling during interactions to identify their needs and suggest appropriate loan products. Build and sustain customer relationships to generate referrals and ensure timely loan servicing. 4. Field Activities: Execute various field-based initiatives and marketing campaigns to generate leads as directed by the branch manager. 5. Customer Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of a home loan, from application submission to customer retention within the organization. Qualifications: - Minimum educational requirement: Graduate from any discipline. - Experience: At least 12 months of retail sales experience. - Skills: Excellent communication skills. - Essential: Possession of a Two Wheeler and a valid driving license.
