Sales and Business Development: Achieve home loan disbursement targets by implementing a business plan that involves prospecting, networking, and field-based marketing activities. 2. Product Promotion: Present and advocate Home Loans to potential clients both physically and digitally, utilizing social media platforms. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Conduct thorough customer profiling during interactions to identify their needs and suggest appropriate loan products. Build and sustain customer relationships to generate referrals and ensure timely loan servicing. 4. Field Activities: Execute various field-based initiatives and marketing campaigns to generate leads as directed by the branch manager. 5.
