Branch Manager - Vellore

As a Branch Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the business targets and achieving disbursement goals for Housing & mortgage loans and insurance premiums. You will be responsible for meeting the Weighted Average Yield target, ensuring portfolio growth, and retaining existing customers. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring the Sales Officers" activities at all locations, overseeing lead generation through direct sourcing agents, and planning/executing marketing activities with a monthly calendar. You will be required to maintain productivity levels of the Sales Officers and ensure compliance with monthly norms. In terms of business process flow and management, you will handle housing loan file logins, conduct location visits for customer appraisals, and ensure proper documentation for loan proposals and disbursements. Customer satisfaction for all loans sanctioned by our organization will be a top priority. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting and training sales officers to maintain productivity levels as per company norms. Portfolio quality management, closure of outstanding post disbursal documentation, and handling delinquent accounts will also fall under your purview. To excel in this role, you should possess educational qualifications of Under Graduate or Post Graduate level and have 8 to 12 years of experience, with a strong background in Housing Loan operations. Your ability to drive business targets, manage teams effectively, and ensure portfolio quality will be critical to your success in this position.,
