As a Relationship Officer for Home Loans, your role involves creating a local distribution network for the distribution of home loans through "contact points" and direct marketing activities. This includes activities such as self-construction site visits, pamphlet distribution, and establishing relationships with various stakeholders like cement dealers, building materials suppliers, engineers, and masons. Your primary responsibility is to establish and maintain relationships with these contact points, serving as the initial point of enquiry for individuals looking to build or purchase homes. This role focuses on distributing affordable housing loans and provides a comprehensive understanding of the affordable home loan industry. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve home loan disbursement targets by implementing a business plan involving prospecting, networking, and field-based marketing activities. - Present and advocate Home Loans to potential clients physically and digitally, utilizing social media platforms for product promotion. - Conduct thorough customer profiling to identify needs, suggest appropriate loan products, build customer relationships for referrals, and ensure timely loan servicing. - Execute field-based initiatives and marketing campaigns as directed by the branch manager to generate leads. - Oversee the entire lifecycle of a home loan, from application submission to customer retention within the organization. Qualifications: - Graduate from any discipline. - Minimum 12 months of retail sales experience. - Excellent communication skills. - Possession of a Two Wheeler and a valid driving license is essential.
