As a Distribution Network Executive, your role involves creating a local distribution network for home loans through various "contact points" and direct marketing activities. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with "contact points" and existing borrowers to distribute affordable housing loans effectively. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain insight into the affordable home loan industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving home loan disbursement goals through effective sales and business development strategies such as prospecting, networking, and field-based marketing activities. - Presenting and promoting Home Loans to potential clients both physically and digitally, utilizing social media channels. - Managing customer relationships by understanding their needs, recommending loan products, generating references, and ensuring timely servicing of loans. - Collaborating with the credit team to facilitate the timely disbursement of loans by coordinating with loan applicants for necessary documentation. - Staying informed about industry trends, products, services, and underwriting guidelines to enhance market awareness. - Executing field-based activities and marketing initiatives as directed by the branch manager to generate home loan leads. - Overseeing the complete lifecycle of a home loan, from application to customer management throughout their tenure with the organization. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduation from any stream. - Minimum of 12 months of experience in retail sales. - Prior experience in BFSI sector will be advantageous. - Strong communication skills. - Ownership of a Two Wheeler and a valid driving license.,
