Job Title: Relationship Manager – Stock Market

Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our stock broking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) or retail clients, providing them with investment advisory services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction in the equity and derivatives markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strong relationships with existing clients and actively acquire new clients for equity, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, etc.
• Advise clients on their investments based on market trends, risk appetite, and portfolio goals.
• Execute buy/sell orders for clients across multiple asset classes.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and company regulations during client interactions and transactions.
• Monitor client portfolios and proactively suggest rebalancing or switching strategies.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
• Resolve client queries and ensure timely support and follow-up.
• Coordinate with back-office and research teams to provide seamless client service.
• Stay updated on financial markets, economic trends, and new financial products.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of stock market products including equities, derivatives, mutual funds, bonds, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the broking industry or financial services as a Relationship Manager, Dealer, or Advisor.
