Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets in loan against property (LAP) business.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Analyze financial data to optimize portfolio performance and minimize risks.

Job Requirements :

1-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in LAP or mortgage loans.
Strong understanding of lap products and services, including underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
