We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of housing loan and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and generate leads for affordable housing products. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions for housing loans. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the competition. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues promptly. Achieve sales targets by promoting affordable housing products to potential clients. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of affordable housing and housing loans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with financial products and services is an added advantage.
