Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals. Day-to-day tasks include client acquisition, portfolio management, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role also involves staying up-to-date with financial market trends and helping clients navigate their financial decisions effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide tailored investment and financial product recommendations
• Sales and negotiation skills to promote financial services and achieve business targets
• Knowledge of financial products, portfolio management, and market trends
• Customer service orientation and ability to understand clients financial objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or client relationship management
• Professional certification such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent is an added advantage
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools is highly desirable
