We are Looking for

Relationship Manager SME Prime LAP (Loan Against Property)

Job Title:

Department:

Key Responsibilities:

Business Sourcing & Development:

Source
Loan Against Property (LAP)
proposals in the SME Prime segment.
Generate business through
DSA (Direct Selling Agent)
channels and other referral networks.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads.

Channel Management:

Onboard and manage
DSAs
, ensuring consistent productivity and compliance.
Conduct regular engagement and training sessions for channel partners.

Credit Coordination:

Liaise with credit and operations teams for file processing, documentation, and approvals.
Ensure quality sourcing with minimal deviations and high approval rates.

Customer Relationship:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and cross-selling.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

Track competitor offerings, market trends, and customer feedback.
Provide regular reports on business performance, channel activity, and market insights.

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of
secured lending
, especially LAP
Proven experience in
DSA/channel management
Excellent
negotiation and relationship-building
skills

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 to
10 years
of experience in LAP sourcing, preferably in SME segment
