Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Management Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Relationship Management Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, assisting customers in selecting insurance products, providing relevant information, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves daily interaction with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Additionally, the executive will work with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management and client handling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and the insurance market
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage
