What You'll Do

• Build connections with colleges to bring us student leads
• Organize campus events, workshops, and campaigns
• Communicate with placement offices and faculty to set up partnerships
• Maintain records of leads and follow-ups
• Work with the marketing team to share promotional materials
• Negotiate terms for events and lead referrals
• Track your progress, leads generated, conversions, and event turnout
• Share campaign results with your managers

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 0–1 year experience
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking & writing)
• Good negotiation skills to secure college tie-ups
• Outgoing, confident, and able to work with diverse groups
• Basic computer skills (MS Office); CRM training will be provided
• Self-driven, organized, and able to meet targets
