Role Overview: As the ideal candidate for this role, your pleasing personality and excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms will be crucial. Your strong interpersonal skills will play a key role in building rapport with parents and students, demonstrating a customer-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Admissions Coordination: - Interact with parents to provide guidance and address their queries regarding admission. - Assist in converting inquiries into admissions within the given time frame. - Counseling and Support: - Understand parents" needs and provide personalized solutions for their child's education. - Build trust and provide accurate information about the institution's programs and benefits. - Operational and Administrative Support: - Assist the Branch Head/Chief Admin in day-to-day operational and administrative activities. - Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions. - Follow-ups and Communication: - Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries. - Ensure timely communication and maintain a high level of customer service.
