Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Associate at our Moga location. The Relationship Associate will be responsible for managing business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include analyzing customer requirements, addressing client queries, providing investment advice, and working closely with the sales team to meet business objectives. The associate will act as a point of contact for customers and ensure their investment needs are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Skills in Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building
• Analytical Skills for understanding and addressing customer requirements
• Strong Communication skills for effective client interaction
• Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and address queries
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
