Job Description

A Reimbursement Analyst is a finance and healthcare professional responsible for ensuring accurate payment processing, claim analysis, and regulatory compliance in medical billing and reimbursement systems.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze healthcare claims for correctness, completion, and compliance with payer rules and government regulations.
Identify billing or coding errors, and prepare documentation to support appeals for denied or underpaid claims.
Liaise with clinicians, coders, and insurance representatives to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize reimbursement processes.
Maintain and update reimbursement records, prepare reports on denials, appeals, and reimbursement trends, and suggest financial improvement opportunities.
Conduct financial analysis to ensure accurate accounting of patient receivables, reserves, and adjustments.
Analyze Federal and State reimbursement policies and prepare compliance documentation for Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,836.32 - ₹44,796.77 per month
