Monitoring Regulatory Roadmap of India to prepare a detailed roadmap of regulatory changes countermeasure plan to be implemented across model s lineup. Monitor analyse new regulations anticipate the potential impact of various upcoming regulations develop strategies to ensure compliance. Work closely with Engineering Teams to prepare for upcoming regulation make countermeasure plans by understanding their constraints incorporating feedback. Work closely with Regulation Homologation Business function to prepare a detailed plan to meet upcoming regulation considering their inputs/feedback. Co-ordinate with all stakeholders in MSIL SMC to ensure the timely completion of all activities as per the plan. Consult with project managers, engineers all stakeholders to ensure alignment of planning objectives. Prepare detailed reports for management reviews highlighting potential regulatory risks opportunities for improvement. BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF Understanding of Macro-economic factors and Impact on Passenger Car market. Model development process / Timelines. Understanding of Passenger car market segmentation and consumer psychographic and demographic understanding Proficiency in using Project management tools and methodologies. Ability to evaluate product features in terms of cost, performance and customer value. Expertise in MS office [PowerPoint, Word, Excel] Tools Business portfolio financial analysis of OEMs Hands-on experience on design/development of accessories for any model.
