Registration Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a 

  dedicated SPOC

   for assigned customers during the post-sales phase until successful registration.

• Coordinate with legal and registration vendors

   for:
• E-stamp paper procurement
• Drafting and vetting of Sale Deed
• Execution of Agreement to Sell (ATS)
• Scheduling and facilitation of registration at the sub-registrar office
• Ensure 

  timely and error-free documentation

   and registration processes.
• Provide 

  real-time updates

   to customers and internal stakeholders on registration status.
• Work closely with 

  Sales, Legal, and CRM teams

   to ensure alignment and smooth transition.
• Manage 

  customer escalations

   and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintain all records, checklists, and reports related to registration activities.
• Ensure 

  compliance with RERA and local property laws

  .
• Conduct 

  pre-registration briefings

   for customers to clarify process, documents required, and timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years

   of experience in 

  Real Estate Registration Services

   or similar customer-facing operational roles.
• Strong understanding of 

  property documentation, E-stamping, and Sale Deed processes

  .
• Experience dealing with sub-registrar offices and legal vendors is preferred.
• Excellent 

  customer handling skills

   and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong 

  documentation and coordination skills

  .
• Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
• Fluency in 

  English and local language

   (as per location).
• Graduate in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
