Regional Training Manager

What you will do:

·        Create a comprehensive regional training strategy that aligns with the requirements of the acquisition team as well as prospective and onboarded clients

·        Design, develop, and deliver relevant training content, including workshops, e-learning

·        modules, on-the-job training, in conjunction with Content & Product teams

·        Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback,

·        assessments, and performance metrics.

·        Continuously update training materials and methodologies to ensure they are current,

·        relevant, and aligned with industry best practices while staying informed about

·        industry trends, best practices, and market intelligence to enhance training programs

·        Collect feedback from customers during training sessions and collaborate with relevant

·        teams to improve product onboarding and activation processes

·        Coordinate, plan & executing key BTL activities - Events (conferences, seminars etc),

Who You Are

·        In depth knowledge on Broking Products like Equity, Derivative, MF, Insurance etc

·        Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Trainer/Training Manager

·        Proficiency in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery

·        Organizing experience for events & seminars

·        Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences

·        In depth knowledge of financial / equity Market

·        Ability to coordinate & lead

·        Languages – Fluency in Marathi,English

·        Travel – Frequent Traveling withing the Assigned Region.
