Requirement: Trainer Learning & Development
Designation: Senior Executive/ Executive
• Liaise with regional Ops & L&D stakeholders to design and develop appropriate learning
content
• Create training calendar, execution plan for assigned location
• Facilitate System, Process & Product workshops for blue and white collared employees
• Ensure training effectiveness for assigned business vertical in region/city/state
• Maintaining training records
• Ability to liaise with leaders and draw out a thorough execution plan
• Delivery of training via CLT, Virtual & OJT for system, process & product trainings
• Ability to work with peers within and across teams on complex projects
• Execute relevant, time efficient training processes that help deliver training easily and effectively
• Fluency in English and Hindi (an additional regional language will be preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in warehousing/supply chain / cargo industry
• Open to travel to remote locations
• Should be well versed in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong presentation skills
• Exposure to handling blue collared employees
