Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Regional Technical Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical management and a passion for driving innovation. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the implementation of technical projects across multiple regions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technology partners. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Analyze project performance data to inform future decisions. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with technical projects. Job Requirements Strong understanding of technical management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
