Job Description

After Sales Support Technical Support Responsibilities

1.

Coordinate with IRSG for layout and establishment of service centres.
Ensure supply and availability of equipment and spare parts.
Manage service centre operations including technical issues, spurious parts, customer escalations, and manpower.
Drive operational excellence and workplace discipline across all service centres.

2.

Identify training needs and new skills for technical staff.
Interview and select candidates based on defined criteria.
Develop onboarding plans for new technicians.
Identify technician requirements due to attrition or new store openings.

3.

Build in-house capability for servicing new technologies (e.g., smartwatches).

4.

Ensure quick and quality service across regions.
Conduct recognition programs (e.g., "Impressions") for customer-facing roles.

5.

Coordinate with regional teams to organize exhibitions for dealers/distributors showcasing new straps.

6.

Conduct stock audits and ensure commercial compliance periodically.
Monitor processes like GPRC, WRA, WDC, PRP.

7.

Conduct periodic pre-sales audits to ensure defect-free stock in stores and with distributors.

8.

Assist regional teams with queries related to spurious parts/products.
