Job Title: Regional Supply Chain Planner (Manager Band) Job Location: Master's degree in supply chain / bachelor's degree in engineering/mathematics/Science Experience: 2-5 years in Demand & Supply Planning in multiple source environments. Industry Preference: Automotive/Tyre/ Manufacturing /FMCG/FMCD/Pharma/Paint About the Job : The role involves working closely with sales teams to manage supply coordination across multiple sites from a single location. Key responsibilities include overseeing third-party logistics (3PL) operations, setting and assessing 3PL KPIs, managing warehouse lease contracts, and handling other aspects of supply chain and logistics operations within the region Main Responsibility Daily monitoring of availability service levels and aligning the same to market changes. Redistribution Planning from RDCs to ABUs Co-ordinating with Central Supply Planners and plants for dispatches ex-plants Control the Stock Out in sales geography Generate SCM related MIS for Sales Head to enable decision making Transport Management ex-RDC. Budgeting for Lease and Warehousing costs for RDCs and ABUs Timely renewal of lease and warehousing agreements Coach RDC In charges Performance Management of RDCs in concerned SG. Focus on safe work environment in RDCs Drive the SCM strategy as per HO guidelines Knowledge (Technical / Functional) Knowledge of SAP is essential Hands-on experience on advance planning systems, Power BI, ERP, and analytical skills.
