Experience

Proven leadership experience in managing and leading a sourcing team.

12+ years of experience

Technical/Functional

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, develop sourcing strategies, and negotiate favorable agreements.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with suppliers.

Familiarity with supply chain management systems, sourcing tools, and technology platforms. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align sourcing activities with business objectives.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving cost savings targets.

Strong knowledge of sourcing principles, supplier management, contract negotiations, and cost optimization strategies.

Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to sourcing, contracts, and supplier compliance.
