Regional Sales Representative

Requirements

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience as a Pharma MR eager to switch to Medical Devices
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language
• Strong customer relationship skills and sales mindset
• Passionate about healthcare innovation and technology
• Ambition to grow into a Sales Manager role in 2–3 years
• Basic understanding of anatomy and interest in medical technology
• Tech-savvy; proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
• Must own a two-wheeler in the assigned headquarters
• Willing to travel across cities and states
• Comfortable with budget-friendly travel (AC buses/trains, 2–3 star hotels/hostels)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation through distributors and online research (Google Maps, etc.)
• Conduct in-clinic and hospital product demonstrations for doctors and medical professionals
• Evaluate buyer potential as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Handle follow-ups and customer queries with distributor support
• Share daily updates and next steps with the Sales Head
• Maintain consistent engagement with customers and distributors
• Track requirements, payments, and assist in negotiations
• Keep customer and distributor database accurate and updated in CRM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
