Will be responsible for business & revenue generation for the TW loans portfolio for assigned region.
Will be responsible for dealer management in the region.
Will be handling the team of area managers & field executives.
Candidates should be handling a large geographical area or should have exposure to varied geographies.
Should be able to handle a large team of 50 to 100+ personnels.
Should be smart & proactive; having a revenue generation attitude.
To provide leadership and strategy of assigned products and services in the Region; lead Sales Team and achieve the Sales Target.
Achieving sales target in the assigned territory / geography
Conducting periodic performance reviews of the Sales Team.
Conducting periodic performance Reviews with the sales team and taking course corrections when required
Achieving Target Efficiency
Manage the recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of outsourced sales team
Timely intervention ensuring sales quality and sales target and repeat business
Liaising with the service provider for onboarding, attendance reporting and timely salary payout of outsourced sales staff
