Regional Sales Manager – Kolkata

About Us:

Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Drive regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
Identify new business opportunities across industries
Conduct product demos and technical discussions with clients
Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
Manage key accounts, channel partners, and distributors
Coordinate with internal teams on payments and client support
Travel extensively across the region for business development

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical) or Business
Minimum 5 years in industrial/B2B sales; gas detection experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Technical aptitude and solution-selling mindset
Fluent in English & Hindi; regional languages are a plus
