Headquartered at Kolkata, the company is planning to create a team for marketing of its products in India. The company aims to create direct reach to top 500 manufacturing companies and establish itself as the knowledge leader in the segment. The company believes in the value of speed and a high customer orientation.

Role:

“Regional Direct Sales Manager” for South India.


Qualification

Graduation / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.


Experience

Should have worked in sales for any of the instrument marketeers in India. If he has worked as a maintenance engineer in handling instrumentation calibration and repairs, this would be an added advantage

Preferred Past industries.


Key Accountabilities:

1. Visit target industries in the area to market the products of Metravi and meet the sales targets.

2. Build relations with the customer purchase as well as the maintenance teams.

3. Work with the Head Office team to build customers for specific target industries like Solar, EV etc.

4. Understand the maintenance problems faced by the industry customers and prepare & propose solutions using Metravi instruments in consultation with the HO team.

5. Coordinate with dispatch team for order placement and delivery to the customer on time.

6. Provide support to the Metravi dealers in the area to generate sales & do product demos & trouble shooting.

7. Keep a track of customer complaints and service issues and coordinate with HO for timely resolution

8. Participate in industry exhibitions & events in the respective locations.

9. Keep a track of competition activities and develop a thorough understanding of competition products

10. Prepare weekly/monthly sales forecasts and share with the procurement/HO team.

11. Recruit salespeople in the area and train & manage them to generate sales.

12. Conduct and participate in regular sales reviews.

13. Prepare the journey plans for self & team in line with the monthly objectives and ensure adherence to the same.

14. Prepare assigned reports and presentations.
