Regional Sales Manager

Location:

✅ Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for products like

  LED TVs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, and Kitchen & Digital Appliances

• Build and manage a strong

  customer pipeline

  through B2C or retail channels
• Develop in-depth product knowledge to deliver exceptional demos and pitch solutions based on customer needs
• Maintain strong

  dealer and distribution network

  and explore new business opportunities
• Ensure proper execution of

  in-store promotions, discounts, and merchandising plans

• Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets and ensure

  post-sale customer satisfaction

• Provide feedback to the team on

  market trends, competition, and pricing dynamics

🧾 Requirements:

• 5-7 years of proven sales experience in

  home appliances or consumer electronics

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good understanding of the retail landscape and customer buying behaviour
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to travel locally if required
